When will my order be shipped?

Your order is important to us so we attempt to get your order processed as soon as possible however we do have maximum processing time of 7 Business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped

How long does it take to receive my order once it has been shipped?

Once the item is shipped you are provided a tracking number so you can track your order along the way. Once the item has been shipped then it is up to the shipping company on the time frames. Once you received your tracking details you can check on the relevant shipping companies time frames

Is your packaging marked?

Our packaging has business details on the back however if this is a gift or your prefer for the package to be unmarked, please leave a note at the checkout and we can do this on request

What Payment options do you have?

We offer payment via Credit Card, Paypal and Afterpay. Psst.. Keep tuned we may be offering more payment methods in future

How do you calculate shipping?

We have a flat rate of shipping of $12.50. For all orders over $50 you will receive free shipping

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind. If an item is faulty, Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for us to organise a replacement or refund of our choice. Please note: For Faulty items – The item must be unworn, unwashed and still have the tags attached
